Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>Collect, record, and maintain patient information, such as medical histories, reports, and examination results.</li><li>Conducting physical examinations.</li><li>Order and interpret the results of laboratory, x-ray and other tests.</li><li>Perform routine office based obstetric and gynecological procedures including colposcopy and endometrial biopsies, etc.</li><li>Determine and implement appropriate courses of treatment.</li><li>Provide treatment plans and prescribe medications for issues/diseases of the female organs.</li><li>Provide care and treatment during prenatal and postnatal periods.</li><li>Monitor results of treatment, changing as necessary.</li><li>Advise patients and community members concerning diet, activity, hygiene, and disease prevention.</li><li>Confer with student and resident physicians and other professional and support staff regarding care and treatment of patients and assists/mentors them in management of illness; serves as a resource to resolve patient/family concerns.</li><li>Monitor and ensures compliance with clinical evidence-based guidelines for adult and pediatric health care.</li><li>Have the ability to develop positive rapport with patients and families to foster the physician/patient relationship.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Board-eligible or Board-Certified OB/GYN</li><li>Current valid Utah State Physician License</li><li>Current DEA certificate: Basic Life Support (ACLS) certified, or specialty certification as required by department.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Demonstrated success in working individually and as part of a team.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership qualities.</li></ul>Hours:&nbsp;4.5 days per week with call.Additional Notes:Benefits: Guaranteed first year salary; Partnership track available; Competitive benefit package; Ancillary income opportunities; Great partners
