Responsible for training and developing potential line workers in the technical skills and safety protocols required for working on electrical power lines. Benefits are provided year-round. Renewal of the contract depends on factors such as student enrollment and available funding. Faculty may be assigned courses that include both traditional college students and high school students earning dual credit. Job Summary
To support the workforce development activities and programs, in the Bell County Service Regions. This position will focus on employer engagement, particularly with manufacturing and industry partners. This position is located on the Middlesboro Campus, but travel could be required to other SKCTC service regions.




Job Duties:
• Collaborate with project managers and instructors to develop customized training for business and industry. • Analyze workforce development program data to identify internal trends. Lead efforts in data and report management in collaboration with others. • Manage coordination of evaluating program and course effectiveness. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align program offerings with business and industry needs • Assist with the development of apprenticeship opportunities for business and industry and high school students. • Assist with the coordination and scheduling of Adult Peer Support training. • Manage special initiatives assigned to the Workforce Solutions department. • Responsible for data entry into Salesforce, and for generating enrollment reports both credit and non-credit. • Work collaboratively with marketing to develop robust marketing for training and special projects offered through Workforce Solutions. Additional Information: This role requires a combination of analytical skills, coordination capabilities, and technical proficiency to support and advance the Workforce Solutions department and is vital to the department’s function and success, ensuring that workforce development programs meet the evolving needs of industries and businesses. The position offers the opportunity to impact various initiatives, from apprenticeship programs to special projects and grants. 




Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. 4 to 6 years of experience.&nbsp;

Job Summary
Somerset Community College is seeking an engaging, self-directed individual to serve as a Growth and Engagement Coordinator, primarily serving the Business and Professional Services and Career and Technical Education Divisions and reporting to those respective Deans. The successful candidate will engage students and community stakeholders, providing pertinent program and other information, while aiming to strengthen partnerships and optimize division enrollments. This position will be divided equally between the Somerset and Laurel campuses with travel required within and potentially beyond SCC’s service area.




Job Duties:
• Drive student recruitment and enrollment efforts for assigned and academic divisions. • Plan and execute on-campus tours and off-campus outreach at local schools and organizations. • Build strong relationships with high school counselors, industry partners, and community influencers. • Serve as an expert on program requirements and communicate accurate information to all stakeholders. • Track, analyze, and report on recruitment data to inform strategic decisions. • Coordinate industry advisory committees and schedule college personnel engagement opportunities. • Develop content and collaborate with Marketing on recruitment materials. • Provide student advising and assist with campus events. • Perform other duties as assigned. 




Minimum Qualifications:

Job Summary
Hazard Community &amp; Technical College invites applicants to apply for a full-time Adult Education Instructor position. This full-time position will be responsible for teaching reading, math, and writing skills to increase basic skills and prepare students for the GED exam. Instruction will be provided in learning centers and correctional facilities. This position is currently designed as an 11-month position with the calendar month off to be determined. Position is Grant funded. 




Job Duties:
• Plan and provide basic skills Instruction in reading language arts (RLA) and mathematics • Record keeping and documentation of student progress • Administer and interpret placement and diagnostic assessments • Provide classroom management and student support • Maintain student records • Participate in required professional development • Maintain lesson plans and syllabi • Other duties as assigned 




Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or a content-related field and score at a NRS level 6 in Reading and Mathematics on the TABE 13/14 within 3 months of hire.&nbsp;




Preferred Qualifications:
