The Leasing Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the leasing process. This position determines sales goals to meet the needs of the community, then develops and implements appropriate, innovative sales strategies and practices to reach and exceed the objectives. The Leasing Manager motivates and coaches Leasing Consultants and monitors individual and team performance in order to achieve the community goals and increase value.&nbsp; Reports to: (General) Community Manager has primary authority and works with the Leasing Consultants and Senior Leasing Consultants and Leasing Manager to determine the exact "day-to-day" duties. Decisions will take into account the Senior/Leasing Consultants/Leasing Manager skills, experience, career goals, and how the individual best fits the working requirements of the community. The Senior/Leasing Consultant/Manager may assist with scheduling and providing work assignments.
