The Storage Coordinator functions as the communication hub between the customers and the company. Schedules appointments, resolves storage issues and maintains positive relationships with external customers. Trains new storage coordinators asrequired. Handles high volume storage customers. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. This Shuttle Driver is responsible for the delivery of full trailers to the Domicile and taking empty trailers back to the Distribution Center.
