This role is also responsible for direct interaction with customers, and collaborating directly with mortgage support team, loan officers, and external vendorsAs our Mortgage Experience Associate you will:<ul><li>Prioritize work flow to meet deadlines</li><li>Serve as liaison to Mortgage Support Teams and external vendors</li><li>Proactively follow up on assigned tasks to ensure completion in timely manner&nbsp;</li><li>Manage mortgage process to ensure positive customer experience &nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with first time homebuyers who will require extra attention to understand program options, mortgage guidelines and what to expect throughout the process</li><li>Interact with the client regarding complex situations relating to third party grants, down payment assistance and closing cost coverage</li></ul>For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $55,900 and $83,900.The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.At HSBC, our overall goal is to provide a competitive Total Reward Package, with an appropriate mix of fixed pay, and variable pay, as part of an employee’s overall total compensation and benefits. Requirements You´ll likely have the following qualifications to succeed in this role:<ul><li>Minimum of an associate’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Minimum of an associate’s degree in business, related field or equivalent experience</li><li>5 years of proven experience</li><li>Fluent Spanish</li><li>Proven communications, decision-making, customer service, sales, support, problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages</li><li>Ability to work independently, handle detail and maintain confidentiality&nbsp;</li><li>Working knowledge of the mortgage process, including pricing, registration, processing and closing</li><li>Incumbents in this role must successfully register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System Registry (NMLSR) and must obtain a unique identifier through the registry that will be provided to consumers with whom the incumbent interacts.
