Improve Processes related to this as needed.</li><li>Assist Pricing team in the review and analysis of financial and profitability reports.</li><li>Conduct weekly pricing audits and maintenance of the JD Edwards Advanced Pricing System.</li><li>Process purchase order confirmations, accounts payable, and product price variance reconciliation.</li><li>Investigate with vendor, AP, Customer, Co-op or any other business partner when billing or pricing errors arise and resolve them.</li><li>Process daily data transmission documents from the Customer. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will maintain the service request database by inputting incoming maintenance or mechanic requests, understanding maintenance or mechanic requirements, and relevant labor requirements. Keep track of all maintenance dates and details by inventory item (equipment, truck, or trailer). As a Billing Specialist, you will accurately compile the paperwork and billing information necessary for the Drivers' Load Packets to be ready at departure time, as well as ensure accurate record keeping and receive customer calls.
