Description Idaho National Laboratory is hiring Nuclear Fuel Development Engineer. This position is located at our Materials and Fuels Complex. Our team works a 4x10 schedule every Friday off. INL is recognized as the lead national laboratory for DOE-NE, providing much of the nuclear research, development, and demonstration capability needed to move nuclear innovation forward to deployment. MFC hosts a unique combination of personnel, facilities and infrastructure and offers the ability to perform research and development of nuclear fuels from fuel development and fabrication through post irradiation analysis. You will work on a broad spectrum of activities in nuclear fuels and materials research, development and demonstration. ABOUT THE POSITION The Tax-Advantaged Accounts Analyst will assist with executing the strategic direction of Individual Retirement Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, and Coverdell Education Savings Accounts. This individual will have extensive experience with the administration of retirement plans and in-depth knowledge of the rules and regulations of IRAs, HSAs, and Coverdell ESAs. The position will manage the day-to-day operations, reporting and administration of tax-advantaged accounts and provide direct and indirect member support as a subject matter expert. This position will also contribute to the overall success of the Wealth Management team and the broader Operations lines of business.&nbsp; NORMAL DAY-TO-DAY WORK<ol><li>Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of tax-advantaged accounts, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, organizational policies, and industry best practices.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and manage daily processes and procedures for the tax-advantaged accounts, including, but not limited to document review, account approval, account creation, contribution, and withdrawal reporting, required minimum distribution processing, and tax reporting for distribution withholdings and year-end interest statements.&nbsp;</li><li>Formulate recommendations for policies and procedures to ensure accurate recordkeeping for tax-advantaged accounts.
