The Manager, People &amp; Organization, Northeast is a key business partner to the Boutique Leadership Teams (“BLT”) in the market, helping build their leadership skills and driving performance in a human driven way. &nbsp;Our ideal candidate will be both hands on and strategic, drawing upon their passion for building relationships and experience in creating effective solutions.What impact you can create at CHANEL:Employee Engagement: <ul><li>Focus on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress.</li><li>Embody and infuse CHANEL’s competencies and behaviors with a concerted focus on well-being.</li><li>Build and foster connections across all levels within the market by maintaining a presence and displaying a genuine curiosity about the Retail space, which will include 1:1 check-ins, round table discussions, and pulse checks.</li><li>Partner with BLT and Education Team to onboard and integrate new team members.</li><li>Conduct exit interviews and partner with BLT to utilize findings in making meaningful decisions within the Boutiques.</li></ul>Talent Development and Organizational Structure:<ul><li>Support each BLT in conducting career discussions with team members, highlighting developmental needs.</li><li>Provide input on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent reviews and succession planning in partnership with Senior Group Director, P&amp;O.</li><li>Guide the annual compensation and performance review process for the market, providing direction, counsel, and support to each BLT.</li><li>Analyze trends and utilize the insights gleaned in decision making related to various P&amp;O priorities (i.e. diversity and well-being etc.).</li></ul>Performance Management:<ul><li>Partner with the BLT in each location to proactively identify opportunity areas and performance gaps.</li><li>Support performance management by providing frequent guidance to BLT (i.e. coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and exits).</li><li>Collaborate with BLT and Senior Group Director, P&amp;O for the Region to ensure consistency in handling of performance matters and administration of processes.</li></ul>Recruitment: <ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact in the market for all things recruitment. ​</li><li>In partnership with each BLT, lead full cycle recruitment for all positions under management level.</li><li>Forecast hiring needs with BLT, particularly as it relates to peak seasons.</li><li>Play an active role driving internal mobility by participating in “Monthly Mobility” call with other Managers in XXL BTQs.</li><li>Responsible for running vacancy reports, keeping data accurate and up to date, and leveraging insights with BLT​</li><li>Responsible for creating and implementing sourcing strategies to build active pipeline, leveraging Talent Acquisition COE. Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
