Your Role: 
As a Title &amp; Survey Paralegal within our Finance department, your responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
<ul>
<li>Organizing and reviewing due diligence documents, including preparation of due diligence checklists and coordination and tracking receipt of due diligence documents.</li>
<li>Preparing summaries of due diligence documents received in connection with the preparation of disclosure documents, including title and survey review.</li>
<li>Preparing routine transaction documents.</li>
<li>Assisting with researching federal, state and local laws.</li>
<li>Drafting and proofreading routine and more complex transaction documents.</li>
<li>Preparing closing checklists, closing certificates and other closing documents.</li>
<li>Coordinating execution of closing documents.</li>
<li>Conducting closings, prepares closing transcripts.</li>
<li>Filing UCCs and other required filings.</li>
<li>Traveling to client and/or trial sites as needed.</li>
</ul>

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate for this position will have commercial real estate experience with a law firm, title company, commercial lender, or other related entity. Experience with Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac CME, and/or HUD-insured programs is a plus. A college degree is preferred.
