Tele Sales Consultants will have the opportunity to be a part of a field sales career path program where they will receive mentorship, training, job shadowing, and leadership support to gain experience as they progress in their sales career at American Express. &nbsp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Make outbound calls to contact business owners with annual company revenues of $500k to $10M, using target lists provided by American Express.</li><li>Engage in phone consultations with business owners and decision makers, learn about their needs, and recommend the right American Express Business products.</li><li>Maintain high levels of product and service knowledge, clearly communicate appropriate product features and benefits and other elements of American Express Small Business products. </li><li>Effectively lead pipeline of prospective customers. </li><li>Continuously seek to improve key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales.</li><li>Adhere to Blue Box Values, Global Commercial Services Sales Practices and Standard Operating Procedure, American Express Leadership Behaviors.</li><li>Champion of and for compliance within US Small and Medium Enterprises and Global Commercial Services.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Inside Sales experience conducting outbound sales calls.</li><li>Experience in a cold-calling environment a plus.</li><li>Consistent record of growing and maintaining business relationships.</li><li>Experience in a highly regulated industry.</li><li>Financial and business acumen.</li><li>Knowledge of the various sales cycles and stages.</li><li>Navigating through multiple digital platforms and web-based tools.</li><li>Active listening skills and a consultative approach to client conversations.</li><li>Strong phone skills with the ability to adapt a message to multiple audiences at various levels.</li></ul>Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.05 hourly + sales incentive + benefitsThe above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Your Role: 
As a Legal Support Assistant within our Legal Administrative Assistant Team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
<ul>
<li>preparing, formatting, and editing correspondence and documents</li>
<li>assisting with preparing closing binders</li>
<li>running reports</li>
<li>filing documents manually and electronically</li>
<li>entering time and preparing and submitting expense reports</li>
</ul>
Candidates considered will be proactive self-starters; able to work well both independently and within the Legal Support team, demonstrate flexibility in responding to daily workflow demands, and maintain the confidentiality of client and firm matters. Candidates must also maintain a high-quality work product in a fast-paced environment.
