<h4>Part Time Leasing Consultant - $500 Sign-On Bonus</h4>New Hope Garden &amp; Village Apartments Work Schedule: About 25 hours per week, Tuesday - Thursday 1:00PM - 6:00PM, Friday 12:00PM - 5:00PM, &amp; Saturday 10:00AM - 2:00PM, flexible hours if needed. Centerspace is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric Leasing Consultant to join our team at our beautiful New Hope Garden &amp; Village Apartments in New Hope, MN! You will guide your own success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents.Successful Leasing Consultant demonstrates an unparallel commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping customers find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Leader and your preferred working schedule will be Tuesday - Saturday. Work schedule is flexible as needed. As part of the selection process, all candidates are required to complete a 35-minute pre-employment assessment once they complete the job application. Click here!What's in it for you?The base salary rate for this position is expected to start at $18.00, with the actual base salary amount dependent on several factors, including but not limited to a candidate's credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is also eligible for Quarterly Lease Renewal Bonuses and Monthly Leasing Commissions.This position is also eligible for:Monthly Leasing Commissions and Quarterly Renewal Bonuses 20% Rent, Parking, and Storage Discount for Centerspace rents Volunteer Time Off Safe Sick and Leave Time&nbsp;Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities include the following. &nbsp;Other duties may be assigned.Operational:<ul><li>Evaluates and has expertise in competitor's offerings and pricing by conducting regular surveys and visits.</li><li>Prepares the office and tour path for business.</li><li>Prospect generation through creation of advertising online, business outreach, and other various grassroots campaigns.</li><li>Provides service to new applicants to help get approval, coordinates leasing documents for move in and performs move in orientation for each new resident.</li><li>Provides excellent service to existing residents for their housing needs.</li><li>Focuses on resident retention and renewing leases.</li><li>Helps to address and resolve issues.</li><li>Coordinates communication with residents.</li><li>Interact professionally with other employees, customers, vendors, and suppliers.</li><li>Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.</li><li>Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other team member and stakeholders.</li><li>Delivers high-level resident satisfaction while maintaining Fair Housing Practices.</li><li>Encouraged/Expected to participate in industry-appropriate networking groups. Encouraged/Expected to participate in service projects, and to establish and maintain contacts within the community to promote Centerspace.</li></ul>Financial:<ul><li>May assist with administrative duties such as processing accounts receivable and payables.</li><li>Maintains accurate records in software and files.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Required: High School Diploma, or equivalent.</li><li>Preferred: Background in sales is preferred.</li></ul>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
