In addition to classroom instruction, you'll advise students, supervise practicum experiences, and maintain strong connections with early childhood education partners across North Idaho. This role includes conducting site visits, supporting CDA credential preparation, and contributing to professional development activities at the NIC Children's Center. You'll also collaborate on statewide initiatives and represent the college in early learning consortiums and community organizations.
