Job Summary
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Oneida/Huntsville is accepting applications for the position of full-time Automotive Technology Associate Instructor to be located at the Alvin C. York Agricultural Institute campus. A high standard of personal and professional ethics with a sincere interest in teaching and nursing is desired.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Prepare syllabi of courses of study with detailed lesson plans and follow the established curriculum of the Automotive Technology program.</li>
<li>Teach and instruct students through lectures, demonstrations, and/or audio-visual aids.</li>
<li>Administer tests to evaluate student progress.</li>
<li>Provide individual evaluation of each student’s progress with counseling and appropriate recommendations when required.</li>
<li>Maintain all confidential student academic records related to the program (i.e., grades, attendance, discipline, etc.).</li>
<li>Maintain good public relations with industry partners.</li>
<li>Maintain ongoing competencies required for ASE certification by participating in continuing education opportunities to remain current in the field.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
