The primary function of the Payroll Tax Analyst is to manage and support GPC North America across multiple divisions and approximately 30,000 employees as the Tax SME. The role involves overseeing various tax TPA vendors, compliance, GL reconciliation, planning, and reporting while providing strategic tax insights to optimize financial performance. The Inventory Finance Coordinator is responsible for maintain company floorplan credit lines. This position involves designing and delivering personalized training programs that focus on daily living skills, self-care, and adaptive techniques. The Specialist works closely with clients to assess their needs, develop customized training plans, and provide ongoing support and evaluation. The goal is to help clients navigate their daily lives with confidence and autonomy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE <ul><li>Conduct Assessments: Evaluate clients' abilities and needs to create tailored independent living skills training plans.</li><li>Develop Training Programs: Design and implement training programs focusing on daily living skills such as personal hygiene, cooking, budgeting, and transportation.&nbsp; Contribute to the selection and development of instructional materials, products and resources to help clients continue with independent living. </li><li>Provide Instruction: Teach clients how to use adaptive tools and techniques to enhance their ability to perform daily tasks independently.&nbsp; Respond promptly and participate in meetings or events as required by Envision Dallas and/or contract vendors.</li><li>Monitor Progress: Track client progress, adjust training programs as needed, and provide regular feedback and support.</li><li>Family Support: Educate and guide family members and caregivers on how to support clients in achieving their independent living goals.</li><li>Collaborate with Professionals: Work with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive support for clients.&nbsp; Attending health seminars, group meetings, assisted living facilities and promote Envision Dallas’ resource to the prospective clients. </li><li>Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of training activities, client progress, and outcomes using electronic and paper documentation systems.&nbsp; Develop, update, and post reports and charges in a timely manner. </li><li>Facilitate Workshops: Organize and conduct workshops or support groups related to independent living skills and adaptive techniques.</li><li>Stay Current: Keep up to date with the latest practices and advancements in independent living skills training through continuing education and professional development. Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of the field or discipline as required from Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Texas Health &amp; Human Services (THHS), Dallas Area Agency on Aging (DAAA), or other contract vendor requirements.</li><li>Compliance: Adhere to organizational policies, including HIPAA confidentiality and security standards, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements.</li><li>Emergency Preparedness: Assist in the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plans for clients.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain familiarity with Envision Dallas goals, mission, and core values. </li><li>Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS-JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE Education: &nbsp;A degree in an educational related field is required or certificated in a specialized subject with a certificate in education; <ul><li>Demonstrated experience in teaching.</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Highly organized and committed.</li><li>Creative and energetic.</li><li>Strong ethical values and self-discipline.</li></ul> Knowledge/Skills: <ul><li>Proficient knowledge of computer applications and software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Teams.&nbsp; Experience with EHR or EMR software preferred.</li><li>Familiar with disability-related issues, services/resources, accommodations a plus</li></ul><ul><li>Exhibit a positive work attitude, with a willingness to follow instructions, complete assigned tasks, and collaborate effectively with all Envision Dallas team members.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li><li>Ability to drive to and from clients homes with in the 11 counties around Dallas.</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.</li></ul> Licenses/Certifications:&nbsp; Must maintain a current driver’s license.&nbsp; UNTWISE certification for blind skills and/or independent living skills training required or able to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
