<h4>Introduction</h4> The Boating Division is seeking Boating Education Assistants to engage with and educate boaters at our state boat launches. Boating Education Assistants visit state boat launches to educate boaters about clean and safe boating practices, conduct voluntary Vessel Safety Checks and Aquatic Invasive Species inspections, and report the overall boat launch condition to Boating Division staff. <ul><li>These positions are field-oriented, and the duty station of these positions is statewide, with DEEP Marine Headquarters located at 333 Ferry Road, Old Lyme, CT as the main office location. Job Duties:
Teach courses via on ground, online, hybrid or web-enhanced modalities as assigned. Teach evening, weekend, off-campus, dual enrollment and distance-based courses as required. General Summary
Full-time, 12-month faculty employee contract -The normal workweek requires a five-day workweek and includes a minimum of 37.5 hours per week at an approved campus work site for instruction, office hours, and community and college service.
