POSITION SUMMARY The Tutor Coordinator is responsible for delivering academic support to students enrolled in a range of Mathematics courses through traditional tutoring and structured weekly math skills sessions. Work in both one-on-one and small group settings on Mathematics course materials. Collaborate with Mathematics faculty course leads to design weekly math skills sessions that pair with content covered in the classroom.
Design academic skills workshops, including time management and study skills, targeted for students enrolled in STEM courses. Assist the Learning Center Coordinator in designing training for part-time tutoring staff based on faculty needs, student feedback, and best practices for STEM tutoring.
