The Coordinator will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative duties-including organizing meetings and events, maintaining databases and documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, assisting with budget oversight, and leading special projects. A key component of the position is the collection and analysis of program data, preparing assessment reports, tracking outcomes, and recommending improvements based on findings.Additionally, the Coordinator will supervise the Academic Mentor student staff, guiding the full cycle of recruitment, selection, training, and ongoing development.
