<h4>SUMMARY</h4> The Social Worker, Regional Manager will serve as a liaison between the operations leadership team, the Divisional Manager, Social Worker &amp; field social workers of the assigned area. This person will act as a resource and subject matter expert, will support the delivery of excellent psychosocial care, and will assist in the improvement of quality outcomes by providing direction and guidance.
