The Delivery Assistant is a physical, fast-paced position providing direct support to a McLane Delivery Driver. As a Delivery Assistant, you will not be driving the delivery truck. This can include supporting product evaluations through tooling recommendations based on gaps/needs, as well as helping to identify 3rd party technology and security strengths/gaps as period assessments of tooling as business/climate needs evolve and products offered change.</li><li>Participate in a scrum ceremony and use agile principles and tools including Rally.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>3+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations and CMDB.</li><li>Experience using applicable programming methodologies: JavaScript, API (Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by the ability to present complicated technology solutions to multiple audiences, from the technology team to Senior leaders.</li><li>An understanding of GRC/IRM industry trends.</li><li>Overall 8+ years of software development experience.</li><li>BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technology subject areas.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Working knowledge of GCP.</li><li>Typically has prior technology experience of systems analysis/programming.</li><li>Experience writing/initiating JS utilities.</li><li>Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials.</li><li>Conceptual architecture knowledge.</li><li>5+ years Agile experience as well as hands on Scaled Agile Framework experience.</li><li>Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is a plus, not mandatory.</li></ul>Salary Range: $120,000.00 to $210,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
