Trip sheets/receipts/fuel and mile tracking, sorting, match and record, copy and prepare fuel sheets, record all XATA miles, record daily fuel usage and miles, manifest sortation/filing/copying, sort manifests and check for accuracy, record discrepancies, payment forms/invoices, misc office duties including but not limited to answering phones, call late loads, assist drivers/customers and backup payroll. The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the daily administrative functions in the Transportation department. They ensure that drivers are aware of any changes that may or will occur and provide route change information to customers as needed.
