This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that all building designs and modifications are accurately documented and maintained in a centralized system.Representative responsibilities:AutoCAD / Revit Drafting &amp; Design:<ul><li>Create, modify, and update detailed building layouts, architectural plans, and facility drawings using AutoCAD &amp; Revit.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings, adhering to the client’s CADD standards and project requirements.</li></ul>Document Management:<ul><li>Establish and maintain a document management system to track changes, revisions, and updates to building layouts and facility documentation.</li><li>Implement version control procedures to ensure that the most current and accurate plans are readily available to project teams.</li><li>Maintain a comprehensive archive of all building and facility drawings, including historical versions.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance:<ul><li>Develop and maintain detailed documentation of building layouts, including mechanical (HVAC &amp; controls), plumbing, electrical, structural, and communications plans.</li><li>Coordinate with compliance teams to incorporate necessary regulatory requirements into the drawings.</li></ul>Quality Assurance:<ul><li>Conduct regular reviews and audits of drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards.</li><li>Implement quality control measures to prevent errors and discrepancies in building layouts and facility documentation.</li><li>Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements in drawing standards and document management processes.</li></ul><h4>Qualifications</h4>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or associate degree or higher focusing on computer design, mechanical, electrical or civil engineering, or equivalent.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, demonstrated by 5+ years of related CADD/BIM experience.</li><li>Certification with Autodesk or another CAD tool (e.g., REVIT 3D, MicroStation). JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYThis position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.JOB DESCRIPTION&nbsp;Essential Responsibilities: 1. Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.&nbsp;2. Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a “punch” list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.&nbsp;3. Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.&nbsp;4. Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.&nbsp; #LI-KF15. Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.&nbsp;6.
