Under general supervision, the Project Manager is responsible for fully professional architectural work of considerable difficulty. Manages multiple aspects of the design and construction process for the Office of Facilities Development. Coordinates capital outlay and other facilities development projects to insure compliance with scope and budget. Serves as a liaison between the Board, campus representatives, architectural firms, and contractors.
Job Duties

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field and 10 years experience in educational, institutional, or commercial construction projects. • Experience as a project manager for higher education facilities design and construction • Current registration as an architect/engineer, or qualifying experience to obtain registration in Tennessee. 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Summary
The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Murfreesboro is accepting applications for a full-time faculty member in its evening Industrial Electrical Maintenance/Mechatronics program at the Smyrna campus. The IEM evening faculty member is responsible to the Vice President for Instruction and Accreditation.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Responsible for providing individualized theory and hands-on instruction to adult and high school students to prepare them for employment in the field.</li>
<li>Provide students with a thorough understanding of the methods of diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment. Safety and knowledge of tools and materials is of critical importance.</li>
<li>Mechatronics portion incorporates advanced studies and troubleshooting in Electronics, Fluid Power, Motor Control, PLC logic and programming, Robots, and Mechatronics manufacturing.</li>
<li>Maintain good public relations with business and industry, assist with advisory committee and cooperate with outside agencies.</li>
<li>Maintain an organized, safe, and stable learning environment that is conducive to all (COE) accreditation requirements.</li>
<li>Assist in recruitment of new students and placement of graduates.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of industry trends and technological advances in the industry.</li>
<li>This position may also supervise and follow up on students participating in cooperative education.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Minimum three (3) years of experience in the IEM/M field, preferably within the last five (5) years.</li>
<li>Must be available for evening program hours of instruction, Monday-Thursday from 3:30 p.m.-9:30 p.m. and daytime administrative hours on Friday. Full time schedule is 37.5 hours per week.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Post-secondary Skilled Trades credential from an accredited institution.</li>
<li>Three or more years of technical teaching experience.</li>
<li>Five or more years of industry related experience.</li>
<li>OSHA 10 certification.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
<ul>
<li>Must possess skills and knowledge to teach theory and application in all phases of the IEM program.</li>
<li>Strong hands-on technical background in the field.</li>
<li>Knowledge of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) labeling and policy.</li>
<li>Must be willing to remain current in the instructional field and maintain personal certifications and program accreditation(s).</li>
<li>Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams) and other basic computer software needed for the teaching profession.</li>
<li>Must possess the communication skills necessary to be an effective teacher and interact with high school and adults.</li>
<li>Must show evidence of good character, organizational skills, and mature attitude.</li>
<li>Ability to exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.</li>

Physical Qualifications
<ul>
