What You’ll Be Doing Employee will perform skilled maintenance and repair work on various plumbing systems and fixtures, fire sprinklers and other major systems and equipment. The work will be performed indoors and outside and can be dirty, dusty, and greasy. It involves occasional exposure to noxious odors, chemicals and solvents, and human or animal waste, for which use of safety or protective equipment/clothing is required. Duties include installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing and sanitary fixtures, restoration and repair of various plumbing systems and correction of leaks, reading and interpreting plans and specifications to ensure that completed work meets building code requirements.
