Operation of ground maintenance equipment including motorized equipment and hand tools and knowledge of routine equipment and methods. Agricultural background and high mechanical aptitude. Experience with tractors and trucks. Knowledge of microcomputers, word processing, spreadsheet, and electronic mail software. Regular Work Hours/Travel Requirements Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Occasional irregular or prolonged hours may be necessary to complete assigned responsibilities. Position requires extended hours at any time of the day or night when necessary to complete the responsibilities to remove snow and ice or to perform clean-up work after severe weather or other emergencies.
