This includes the design, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, construction, safety, and protection of the physical facilities and equipment used to manufacture technologically-sophisticated products.&nbsp;<ul> <li>Lead by example that safety is a way of life</li> <li>Lead/Manage the Maintenance and Facilities Engineering departments</li> <li>Drive asset utilization.&nbsp; Shorten cycles, minimize downtime, and keep equipment running. ELECTRICIAN

ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer to support our HIP manufacturing and processing operations by driving equipment reliability, optimizing preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.&nbsp;This role requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally with production, scheduling, safety, and other engineering teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency with an emphasis on delivery.Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Initiate, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs within our HIP operations</li> <li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to minimize downtime</li> <li>Analyze chronic equipment failures and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action</li> <li>Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards  </li> <li>Partner with production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability </li> <li>Assist in the planning and execution of capital projects and equipment upgrade</li> <li>Develop and maintain maintenance documentation, including AI’s, equipment manuals, and CMMS records</li> <li>Train and assist union skill trades on repairs, use of equipment and best practices</li> <li>Support spare parts inventory management and vendor relations&nbsp;</li></ul>QualificationsBasic Requirements:<ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering</li> <li>At least 5 years of relevant maintenance or process engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.&nbsp;</li> <li>Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
