Title Groundskeeper&nbsp; Description Reporting to the Grounds Lead, the Groundskeeper will maintain the Museum’s aesthetic and functional outdoor space. Daily activities include cleaning and resetting furniture, caring for trees and plants, hardscapes, and sidewalks. GENERAL DUTIES:&nbsp; The Industrial Electrical Maintenance/Mechatronics (IEM) Associate Instructor is primarily responsible for providing individualized theory and hands-on instruction to students. This position will teach adult and high school students in the IEM program in conjunction with the current IEM instructor to prepare them for employment in the field. Areas of instruction include, but are not limited to: manufacturing processes, industrial safety, blueprint reading, technical math, process automation, quality inspection, CAD/CAM, electronics, mechanical maintenance, electrical motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics, programmable logic controllers (PLC), instrumentation, computer software and computer hardware skills, AC/DC electrical, machine tool, and preventive maintenance. The Associate Instructor must monitor, grade and evaluate individual student progress; maintain student records in the college’s student records management software; maintain appropriate documentation; submit timely reports, and assist in recruiting new students and placement of graduates. This position must also maintain good public relations with business and industry; maintain an active advisory committee; cooperate with outside agencies; and supervise and follow-up on students participating in cooperative education. This position is full-time and reports to the Clarksville Campus Director. Work schedule is a minimum of 37.5 hours per week on a set schedule from Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This is not a remote work position. This is a grant-funded position.
SALARY:&nbsp; $55,157-$66,188 per year ($28.29-$33.94 per hour). Commensurate with Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology salary guidelines and related experience.
