As a Staff Accountant, you will prepare and book general ledger journal entries, reconcile GL accounts and research/analyze related transactions. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance </li><li>Paid time off begins day one.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!</li></ul> What you'll do as a Staff Accountant: <ul><li>Prepare and book general ledger journal entries. </li><li>Reconcile GL accounts and adjust as required. </li><li>Maintain records and files of financial information. </li><li>Assist in variance analysis and other financial reporting. </li><li>Facilitate various jurisdictional audit and information requests. </li><li>Prepare and file state, local and other jurisdictional returns and reports. </li><li>Review, analyze and ensure compliance with accounting regulations. </li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Staff Accountant: <ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. </li><li>2 or more years of experience in a company's accounting department. </li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). </li><li>Oracle E-Business Suite experience preferred. </li><li>Strong analytical skills. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to organize, forecast, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
