JOB STANDARDS:
Minimum Faculty Qualifications&nbsp; All full-time and part-time faculty teaching credit-bearing courses at the associate’s degree level in the areas of humanities, fine arts, natural sciences, social and behavioral sciences, mathematics, and business administration (not including courses that are part of career/technical programs) must have at the minimum a master’s degree in the their teaching field or have completed at least 18 graduate semester hours (or equivalent) in their teaching field and hold a master's degree from a regionally accredited college/university.
&nbsp;&nbsp; Applicants should note that English Education graduate hours may not qualify. 
The English faculty member must have a minimum of one year of teaching experience at the college level. Teaching experience at a community college is preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Principal Faculty member, as a full-time faculty instructor in the Physician Assistant (PA) Program, is primarily responsible for course instruction and/or course coordination in the didactic and/or clinical phase of the program. This individual is expected to demonstrate effectiveness in course design, delivery, and evaluation, and plays a critical role in supporting students to achieve the program’s student learning outcomes and the competencies required for PA practice. Under the guidance of the program leadership, the Principal Faculty member contributes to curriculum development, program assessment, and continuous quality improvement in accordance with the ARC-PA Accreditation Standards. This role includes active participation in program planning, student advising, academic support, and other activities that foster student and programmatic success. <h4>IOWA SPEEDWAY</h4>Located near Des Moines, Iowa Speedway joined the NASCAR family of tracks in 2013. Known as the "Fastest Short Track on the Planet", Iowa Speedway plays host to two major race weekends a year, welcoming the ARCA Menards Series and the NTT INDYCAR Series. The track was designed by NASCAR Hall of Famer Rusty Wallace.Iowa Speedway is currently seeking seasonal event operations staff to assist with the NASCAR race weekend.Qualified candidates job duties will be responsible for:&nbsp;Event Duties •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Checking in/checking out event staff and ensuring appropriate attire and&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; equipment is issued.&nbsp; •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Preparing credential documents leading into event and execute the&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; disbursement and collection of credentials per company policies on event days. •&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Working with promoters to manage the organization / operation of the&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; credential buildings on event weekend.Qualified candidate must maintain a positive attitude at all times, must be able to pay close attention to detail, have general computer skills, must be flexible to fill in where needed and work in a fast-paced environment.
