The Manager Assistant will act as an extension of the VPs, enabling them to maximize impact by managing business rhythms, connecting cross-functional priorities, and ensuring successful execution of key initiatives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Strategic Partner to Leadership – Act as a trusted advisor to both VPs, helping to set priorities, track progress, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals.</li><li>Business Rhythm Management – Coordinate and execute leadership routines (business reviews, staff meetings, town halls), ensuring preparation, follow-up, and high-quality outputs.</li><li>Cross-Functional Alignment – Connect the dots across Digital Workplace and Global Infrastructure teams to drive execution of enterprise-wide initiatives.</li><li>Operational Excellence – Manage tasks, reporting, and key performance metrics to monitor progress and identify areas of improvement.</li><li>Communications &amp; Storytelling – Draft executive-level presentations, talking points, and communications for internal and external audiences.</li><li>Event &amp; Engagement Support – Support planning and execution of executive events, leadership offsites, and colleague engagement activities.</li><li>Special Projects – Lead and support critical initiatives as directed by the VPs, including technology strategy, process improvements, and transformation efforts.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management (financial services or technology preferred).</li><li>Strong ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders and balance competing priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proven experience creating executive-level materials.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse, global teams.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, KPIs, or operational reporting.</li><li>High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
