JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARYOrganizes, coordinates, and implements various resident services and programs and acts as an information source for and help to residents related to local market resources. Candidate will also be responsible for cleaning and porter duties around the property.JOB DESCRIPTION<ul><li>Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area, and ensure the comforts of prospects and visitors while they wait to speak with a team member.</li><li>Answers phone calls, routes all calls to the appropriate team member for assistance, and assists with completed service request call backs as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains the guest suite schedule to ensure proper payment and cleanliness upon guest arrival and manages and coordinates the loading dock and/or elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs.</li><li>Ensures clubhouse amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning.</li><li>Manages all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours.</li><li>Maintains tracking logs for equipment rentals, dry cleaning services, and/or other services provided by the community.</li><li>Assists the community team with scheduling, planning and organizing resident activities and programs.&nbsp;</li><li>Keeps detailed information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and other pertinent information that may be of interest to residents and maintains relationships and contacts with concierge vendors</li><li>Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.&nbsp;</li><li>Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas.</li><li>Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.</li><li>Changes all locks in accordance with the property’s policy and ensure gates to all pool areas are working according to codes and safety standards.</li><li>Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.</li><li>Informs appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests and others.</li><li>Demonstrates customer services skills by treating residents and others with respect, answering resident questions, and responding sensitively to complaints about maintenance services.</li><li>Complies with Greystar’s safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the property’s routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.&nbsp;</li></ul>#LI-SV1The hourly range for this position is $21.58 - $21.58Additional Compensation:<ul><li>Corporate Positions:&nbsp;In&nbsp;addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate&nbsp;in&nbsp;an annual bonus program based on&nbsp;individual and company performance.</li><li>Onsite Property Positions:&nbsp;In&nbsp;addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate&nbsp;in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.</li></ul>Robust Benefits Offered*:<ul><li>Competitive Medical, Dental, Vision, and Disability &amp; Life&nbsp;insurance benefits.
