Coordinate daily cycle counts and research variances. Provide reports to necessary departments. </li><li>Conduct daily inventory analysis of warehouse reports to solve inventory problems. </li><li>Ensure proper warehouse slotting to promote successful shipping operations and customer order fulfillment. </li><li>Ensure all policies and procedures are followed to minimize inventory shrink and risk, including but not limited to inventory damages, inventory exceptions, claims, and transfers. </li><li>Supervise inventory control personnel. </li><li>This position has additional duties. Special projects may be assigned at the position supervisor's discretion. on. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as an Inventory Control Supervisor: <ul><li>Be at least 18 years of age. </li><li>Have a high school diploma or equivalent. </li><li>AS/400 experience is preferred. </li><li>Have some previous work experience in a progressively responsible food service distribution position with some supervisory/management responsibilities. </li><li>Have a working knowledge of principal foodservice disciplines, including purchasing, customer service, accounting, warehousing, and transportation.</li><li>Be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word). </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
