This position will advance operational efficiency through strategic evaluation of marketing processes while closely collaborating with the marketing team, Property Management, and other internal and external partners to ensure streamlined, efficient, and comprehensive processes adhering to Mill Creek brand standards and achieving company goals.Essential Functions/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to<ul><li>Support the marketing workflow related to all property onboarding and disposition activity and other portfolio-wide marketing related projects. Ensure adherence to brand standards, compliance, and best practices.</li><li>Play active role in cross-functional teams and working effectively with internal and external partners/stakeholder to understand priorities and goals and manage stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Guide marketing projects from ideation to completion, focusing on streamlining processes, overall operational efficiency, and adherence to timelines.</li><li>Continue to define and improve on existing processes, utilizing current or identifying new solutions for better collaborative efforts and workflow.</li><li>Ensure marketing deliverables are on brand and on time to support internal partners and operational goals.</li><li>Refine existing processes and procedures reflective of best practices to successfully deliver projects to meet or exceed company and stakeholder expectations while also optimizing available resources.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with Equal Housing Opportunity/Fair Housing advertising rules, regulations and guidelines.</li><li>Additional responsibilities as determined by supervisor.</li></ul>Education and/or Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or appropriate related field preferred.</li><li>Three years of multifamily marketing experience required.</li></ul>Skills/Specialized Knowledge<ul><li>Must have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including the ability to use Microsoft products such as Word, Teams, Excel, Power Point as well as a comfort level and ability to work effectively with cross-functional team members, including senior and executive leadership.</li><li>Must be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced work environment with consistently shifting priorities, while maintaining attention to details, deadlines, and budgets. The Service Technician Level II (Service Technician – Make Ready) maintains the physical condition and appearance of the community. This position is accountable for identifying problems, completing service requests, and making repairs in order to maintain the material and aesthetic condition of the community. The Service Technician Level II works in accordance with operating and safety standards, ensuring requests and repairs are made in a reliable, timely manner. Anticipates and evaluates potential problems. This position strives to maintain the highest level of attention to the operational needs of the community. Reports to: Service Manager/ Sr. Service Manager has primary oversite of the Service Technician Level II position.
