The General Surgery Division is expanding, and we are seeking board-certified/board-eligible General Surgeons with robotic experience to join our innovative and growing team.
This newly enhanced hybrid role is designed to strengthen both inpatient and outpatient surgical care delivery across the health system. The position combines dedicated hospitalist/surgicalist coverage responsibilitiesincluding inpatient clinical presence and call coveragewith outpatient surgical practice responsibilities focused on expediting referrals, improving continuity of care, and facilitating timely hospital discharges.
Fellowship-trained minimally invasive/robotic surgeons and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
You will join a team of board-certified surgeons committed to excellence in robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgery, supported by a robust referral network and strong institutional infrastructure. Our current surgical team has deep community roots and over 20 years of local experienceyoull be busy from day one.

Position Highlights
- Hybrid inpatient/outpatient General Surgery role
- Dedicated hospitalist/surgicalist coverage responsibilities
- Inpatient clinical presence with shared call structure
- Outpatient clinic responsibilities supporting continuity of care and timely access
- Robotic-dedicated OR time with da Vinci Xi platforms and experienced surgical staff
- Strong surgical volume and referral base from primary and specialty care
- Opportunity to help expand and shape a growing surgical division
- Teaching general surgery residents and medical school students
- Collaborative multidisciplinary environment with strong APP, general surgery residents, and hospital support
- Opportunities for sub specialization within General Surgery
- Focus on improving surgical efficiency, communication, and patient throughput across the system
- Responsibility for teaching residents with strong resident support for inpatient work
