In this role, you will understand the problem statement of operations team and create Process Management, Case Management, Work Management solutions that automate repeatable, multistep business transactions.&nbsp;Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, build and manage enterprise platform and frameworks for Process Management, Case Management, Work Management</li><li>Designing, developing, and supporting shared technology services used by the enterprise</li><li>Writing code and unit tests, working with API specs and automation</li><li>Taking your place as a core member of an agile team driving the latest development practices</li><li>Finding opportunities for adopting modern technologies</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Preferably a BS or MS degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical field</li><li>Up to 6 years of software development experience</li><li>Hands on experience in some or all the following Programming Languages and Frameworks:<ul><li>Java, one NoSQL Technology, Redis, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Drools, Elastic Stack, Kafka, Git, RDBMS like Postgres SQL, Spring Boot, multi-threaded programming, Maven, Gradle, JUnit</li><li>Experience in React, Envoy, gRPC, Spark, Consul, RPA (Robotics Process Automation) is a plus</li></ul></li><li>Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives and challenges and articulate solutions</li><li>Willingness to learn modern technologies and exploit them to their optimal potential</li><li>Extensive experience in designing and implementing large scale platforms with high resiliency, availability, and reliability.</li><li>Strong experience in applications with high throughput and performance</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
