Essential Functions of the Job:<ul><li>Assist in the development and implementation of employee experience programs.</li><li>Plan and organize events and activities that promote community well-being through informational sessions, activities, and events.</li><li>Assist in creating initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.</li><li>Support the employee perks program to meet the needs and preferences of our employees while aligning the with company’s mission and values.</li><li>Support the planning and coordination of employee wellbeing programs and initiatives.</li><li>Support the management of internal communication channels for employee engagement.</li><li>Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and collaborate with managers to ensure a smooth transition into the company. &nbsp;</li><li>Provide resources and opportunities for employee training and professional development.</li><li>Track key performance indicators related to employee experience using data to inform strategies.</li><li>Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.</li><li>Other projects as assigned.</li></ul>Required Competencies: &nbsp;<ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.&nbsp;Examples of related fields include Psychology, Business Administration, and Organizational Management.</li><li>Must have at least 2 years’ experience managing projects and planning events.</li><li>At least 1-2 years’ of experience in employee engagement, foundational HR functions, or related roles.</li><li>Experience administrating employee surveys, analyzing results, and developing actionable plans.
