We are looking for a curious, customer-focused, analytical thinker with strong project management skills and attention to detail.&nbsp;This is a unique opportunity to join one of GCS's most dynamic Card Product teams and gain exposure to a broad set of enterprise partners.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead end-to-end customer communications processes, including the development and maintenance of both new and existing assets for any product changes in the portfolio (e.g., claims, disclosures, guidelines, servicing letters, marketing assets, legal documents)&nbsp;</li><li>Support execution of projects and pilots that affect the Cash Back Card portfolio and ensure all elements of customer and product impacts are considered</li><li>Drive frontline servicing, sales and account development strategies, including creation of training materials and collateral for new and existing benefits&nbsp;</li><li>Facilitate strategic discussions with Marketing channel owners to monitor results, gather insights &amp; customer trends, and connect findings to broader product strategy&nbsp;</li><li>Analyze customer feedback (NPS, complaints) and portfolio dynamics to identify opportunities, inform strategic decisions, and help shape the future product roadmap and feature enhancements&nbsp;</li><li>Manage budgets and invoice payments with robust tracking and organization&nbsp;</li><li>Deliver high-impact strategic work in partnership with the team’s two Managers&nbsp;</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of work experience&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Customer-first mentality with interest in backing small business owner needs&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills&nbsp;</li><li>Experience synthesizing data and insights into actionable recommendations&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and execute efficiently&nbsp;</li><li>Creative problem-solver with a growth mindset and a passion for learning&nbsp;</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in product, marketing, analytics, finance or related fields</li><li>Understanding of the B2B and commercial payments landscape</li></ul>Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
