SUMMARY: The Custodian is responsible for performing cleaning functions in and around the campus building(s) to include maintenance duties as assigned throughout their scheduled hours and fulfill special requests as needed. This high-visibility role is a unique opportunity to drive impact and partner closely with key decision makers across the GCS enterprise.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own the Charge Card acquisition Direct Mail marketing strategy &amp; roadmap; define key strategic initiatives to drive new accounts acquired.</li></ul><ul><li>Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance our strategy, identifying new and innovative marketing opportunities, and build a test-and-learn pipeline.</li></ul><ul><li>Partner internally to accurately forecast growth, response, and maintain regular performance reporting to drive strategic decisions.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Developa data-driven approach to ongoing investment prioritization for Charge Direct Mail initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and changes in the SME prospect journey.  </li></ul><ul><li>Partner within the broader GCSM organization to deliver a connected creative and offer experience to prospects.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Oversee 2Marketing Operations Analysts that execute Direct Mail campaigns.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>5+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Self-starter with an ability to think strategically and comfortable with white space, leading both strategy and execution.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience aggregating disparate data and developing concise and succinct recommendations; history of translating insights into strategies.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience marketing to the SME segment and positioning campaigns to align with the needs of small business owners.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent partnership skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions.</li></ul><ul><li>Exceptional communication skills and time management abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Multi-Channel marketing and performance marketing experience, including direct mail and/or digital marketing preferred.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience leading colleagues, directly or indirectly, a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in financial services or B2B a plus, but not required.</li></ul>Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
