Develop processes and cross-functional involvement and alignment to improve LTFP management.</li><li>Actively participate in asset specific Pricing &amp; Market Access (P&amp;MA) recommendations tied to asset governance decisions (ID3, ID4, DEX, etc) to ensure alignment with portfolio opportunities.</li><li>Create and manage the initial ICV-wide budget, including operating expenses and headcount resources, needed to support access launch strategy across all markets.</li><li>Partner with Global Commercial and GMAx EA/BD lead to support integration of external opportunities into portfolio planning and resource allocation.</li><li>Serve as key member of the ICV leadership team, partnering closely with Global Launch Strategy, US Access Strategy, and HEOR.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Undergraduate degree required, an advanced degree (MBA and/or PhD) degree desired.</li><li>Minimum of 10+ years’ pharmaceutical experience with a strong track record in Market Access in a Global/WW or large country market. The Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator will provide fast-paced, executive and administrative support to the CCCLO and ensure smooth daily administrative operations of the office. The Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator is an integral part of the operations for the Executive Office team and will be expected to proactively participate in and facilitate team meetings and office gatherings.Position DescriptionThe Executive Assistant/Project Coordinator will participate in a wide range of projects identified as priorities by the CCCLO and the Senior Director Strategic Communications and Initiatives. These projects span multiple aspects of the organization and include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Executive assistance for the CCCLO and related office administrative management.
