Physical Requirements
Regularly requires sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time and repetitive motions. May occasionally require standing or walking with objects up to 25 lbs.; lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects up to and over 50 lbs.; exposure to loud noises. will require the ability to traverse the hospital campus for meetings sometimes on a daily basis.
Shift
Primarily Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; may require some weekends and holidays per departmental needs.
Job Summary
This position will be responsible for providing data and program management reporting to support the KCATS and Capacity Command Center operations. This position will perform database management and analysis ensuring integrity of data and standardized data collection processes, provide process improvement support related to departmental and organizational activities and provide program analysis for any contractual agreements in these departments. This role will facilitate the development and analytical requirements to meet identified business/operational needs including but not limited to; dashboards, report building and monitoring, project modeling, invoice reconciliations, and other enterprise analysis related to throughput operations and capacity.
