POSITION SUMMARY:&nbsp; The Director of Student Success and Evaluation is a full-time faculty member (rank commensurate with experience) serving within the Physician Assistant Department. This position is responsible for the planning, development, and management of all activities related to evaluating and enhancing student success across both the didactic and clinical phases of the PA programs. This individual plays a key role in enhancing learner achievement by analyzing student performance data, identifying trends and implementing targeted support strategies to improve outcomes aligned with the program’s student learning outcomes and PA competencies.
