This role will be responsible for defining and aanaging the data governance risks and standards for the organization while following required internal policies and market standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage financial crime risk data governacne abd reporting to support the transformation as well as BAU risk management strategy</li><li>Build a consistent set of toolkit to monitor and measure overall health of financial crime program across customer lifecycle</li><li>Engage key stakeholders including Technologies, Capabilities, Servicing and Business teams to ensure alignment, understanding and support for managing the processes to service and resolve FC concern cases.</li><li>Partner with 1LOD teams to build financial crimes business monitoring program</li><li>Build and lead a highly performing team of 2-3 Analyst/ Sr. Analysts.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in risk management or analytics</li><li>Ability to provide structure in ambiguity, excel in a dynamic and complex environment, and deliver under tight deadlines</li><li>Proven track record in delivering high quality analytical results and initiatived.</li><li>Strong ability to influence partners and stakeholders</li><li>Excellent critical thinking and attention to detail</li><li>Exceptional drive and commitment; ability to work and thrive in in fast changing, results driven environment; and proven ability in handling competing priorities</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate between various technical and non-technical audiences</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
