CoDO is a fast-paced entrepreneurial team tasked with improving existing systems and building new innovative data solutions for our customers, while adhering to regulations and data management best practices.&nbsp;With continuous changes in the regulatory and risk management environment the program this Senior Associate is joining is a critical and strategic importance to Amex.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Contribute to the creation of the strategy, requirements and detailed roadmap for integrating the global commercial services product experiences into the new customer legal entity profile data system of record.</li><li>Investigate current state of data capture and data lineage of customer experience journeys which provide Amex with profile data of our customers.</li><li>Comparing and contrasting the nuances of customer experiences and data capture today, especially considering how the data lineages operate to power the current experiences.</li><li>Create requirements for standard data capture and data quality requirements across product experiences. Be able to articulate why standardization is important and facilitate refinement with product, compliance and legal partners.</li><li>Create data flows to visualize data lifecycle from customer through to end use cases including but not limited to anti-money laundering and know your customer screening.</li><li>Responsible for creating product requirements and associated documentation to clearly communicate to delivery team partners.</li><li>Creating documentation for a built solution and training others on the new or changed capabilities.</li><li>Accountable to providing roadmap, status and risk items to program PMO partners.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience effectively working in a matrix organization alongside multi-national and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Direct experience querying data systems and investigating potential data anomalies.</li><li>Knowledge of the financial services industry and financial crimes regulations.</li><li>Experience related to organizing data for high performing data platforms, sensitive data elements, structured and unstructured needs.</li><li>Ability to put enterprise thinking first, connect the role’s agenda to enterprise priorities and balance the needs of customers, partners, colleagues and shareholders.</li><li>College degree in engineering, technology management, analytics or business or equivalent education.</li></ul>Preferred qualifications:<ul><li>Understanding and experience with the Amex Global Commercial Services products.</li><li>Experience working with technology architects and software development teams including an understanding of iterative development practices.</li><li>Experience with data risk management practices.</li></ul>Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually + bonus + benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
