The Community Support Specialist supports the Company’s goals related to the financial facets of onsite operations by completing accounting, bookkeeping and other financial responsibilities related to assigned portfolio of communities. Additionally, the Community Support Specialist will prepare financial close out, ensure accuracy and process all payables, and will be responsible for resident and vendor communication and related accounting and financial transactions as necessary. JOB DESCRIPTION1. Contributes to and facilitates an optimized consumer experience in a virtual environment via phone, email, or other technologies.2.&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Conducts detailed reviews and processes onsite operational expenses for payment by reconciling work performed, confirming receipt of goods, and coding expenses to appropriate Chart of Account codes.
