The Program Manager is responsible to manage through supply disruptions and shortages of critical items to minimize the impact. Ensure adequate inventory of all new or promotional products is on hand in all locations to support the marketing efforts of our customers. Manage sell-through of inventory to limit financial exposure associated with obsolescence. Communicate within the organization, with customers and suppliers regarding promotional efforts or activity needed to successfully support the initiative.
