Job Summary
Reporting to the Coordinator of Testing Services, the primary role of the Testing Proctor II is to proctor WorkKeys testing for students and the community at the Kingsport Testing Center location. The Testing Proctor will maintain a monthly invoice for third-party billing. The Testing Proctor will proctor other college tests in Kingsport during peak times and when available in Blountville.
Evening and weekend shifts may be scheduled, up to 2 or 3 evenings per month and/or 1 Saturday per month.&nbsp;
Job Duties
• Proctor WorkKeys testing at the Kingsport Testing Center.
• Proctor other college testing needed at Kingsport, primarily, but also Blountville when needed.
• Create and manage testing dates in an online scheduling system in coordination with the Testing Services Coordinator.
• Maintain the security of all examinations housed and delivered by Testing Services.
• Complete required third-party annual certification tests and adhere to all third-party testing policies and procedures.
• Create WorkKeys rosters, maintain an in-house database, and provide a monthly invoice for third-party billing to appropriate personnel.
• Verify placements in BANNER, and upload ACCUPLACER® test scores accurately.
• Maintain confidential student records; adhere to applicable testing, Northeast State, and TBR policies and procedures.
• Assist with Testing Services initiatives and related college testing as needed.
• Be able to work independently with supervision from the Testing Services Coordinator.
• Attend monthly staff meetings as available.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Aviation Program Director and the Dean of Technologies, the Aviation Faculty member is responsible for teaching a full range of college-level Aviation classes, including teaching at off-campus sites, high schools (dual enrollment/Middle College), or online as assigned. The primary responsibility will be teaching General Fundamentals Aviation courses to include dual enrollment. • Assist the dean in the development of departmental schedule of classes.
• Recommend adoption of course textbooks in collaboration with other professional staff members in the department.
• Assist with the implementation of departmental exams and standardized tests when such use is deemed feasible and beneficial.

• By time of appointment, candidate must have at least an Associate degree in Culinary Arts or related field from an accredited institution. • Current ServSafe certification. • One year of professional experience as a full-time culinary or hospitality professional. • One year demonstrated teaching experience in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management within a secondary, post-secondary institution, or professional setting.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Adult Education Program Director, the ESL Teacher is responsible for teaching English language and literacy to adult learners with limited English proficiency according to Tennessee Adult Education ESL content standards and assessment competencies while accommodating individual learner’s needs and goals.
Job Duties

<li>Follow the TN Division of Adult Education Assessment Policy for pre- and post-testing to assess and evaluate students to determine their progress and potential for advancement to the next National Reporting System (NRS) level utilizing the Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS).</li>
<li>Provide orientation for new ESL students including CASAS proctoring.</li>
<li>Administer assessment, interpret scores, and advise students on their performance on the test.</li>
<li>Provide instruction to a multi-level class in reading, writing, speaking, and listening for every lesson.</li>
<li>Maintain student attendance and records of progress in accordance with the Division of Adult Education requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in the retention and follow-up of students.</li>
<li>Participate in local and state activities/staff development</li>
<li>Use a variety of instructional approaches, including integrating technology in the classroom to accommodate different learning styles and levels of functioning.</li>

Job Duties

<li>Provide tutoring in content areas to students one-on-one or in small groups.</li>
<li>Help students implement successful learning strategies and study habits.</li>
