Because our BSNs care for a diverse pool of potential patients, it requires the BSN to have specialized knowledge and skills in many areas of care. In the critical core program, nurses will apply the nursing process in caring for and counseling individuals, promoting health, preventing illness and injury, and supporting transitions of care. This includes using a systematic, critical-thinking approach to guide data collection, assessment, clinical judgment, intervention, and evaluation of human responses to actual or potential health issues. Care is delivered through health teaching, counseling, and restorative support. The Detrash teammate performs a variety of tub replenishing functions in the warehouse environment. Benefits you can count on: <ul><li>Pay rate: $18.50 per hour. </li><li>10pm start time, Sunday - Thursday</li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance.</li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! </li></ul> What you'll do as a Detrash teammate: <ul><li>Verify that empty tubs are clean and a plausible weight.</li><li>Place product from pallets into tubs.</li><li>Check and confirm quantities against information on electronic display screen.</li><li>Ensure that actual tub weight is within tolerance limits.</li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned. </li></ul> Qualifications you'll bring as a Warehouse Teammate: <ul><li>At least 18 years of age.</li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. Job Summary
The College and Career Navigator supports adult learners in identifying and achieving their preferred career and postsecondary Pathway Plans. This role involves direct student engagement to develop strategies for overcoming barriers to success, providing guidance on educational and career opportunities, and fostering connections between students and necessary resources




Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Keep current students engaged and provide ongoing support services. 
</li>
<li>Assist students with setting goals and planning for their future. 
</li>
<li>Support and maintain compliance with the Graduating to Greatness program a free college preparation course offered by Adult Education 
</li>
<li>Complete and maintain all state-required documentation accurately and on time. 
</li>
<li>Travel between Adult Education sites and community partners as needed. 
</li>
</ul>




Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Excellent organizational skills; high attention to detail; independent; self-motivated; able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment. 
</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with many individuals at all levels throughout the internal college environment and external business and community partners, representing himself/herself professionally and courteously. 
</li>
<li>Ability to communicate clearly verbally and, in writing. 
</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task, work under deadlines, and prioritize projects to meet deadlines with high levels of efficiency and accuracy. 
</li>
<li>Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Forms, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Word). &nbsp;</li>
</ul>




Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in and understanding of working with students from diverse populations is preferred. 
</li>
<li>Experience working at the community college level is preferred. 
</li>
</ul>
