<br><h4>Overview</h4><p>This individual will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex real estate issues and providing expert guidance and hands-on support in the area of real estate to support the client’s mission. The real estate specialist will provide “full-time” support to a federal agency’s program management offices headquartered in Washington, DC.</p><h4>Responsibilities</h4><p>This position will serve as a real estate specialist responsible for assisting a federal agency manage its real estate requirements/portfolio. The specialist will evaluate client requirements and identify, recommend and, upon client approval, execute the necessary real estate requirements.
