The TBR Office of Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) is establishing a unit focused on supporting TBR colleges’ effective use of Slate, a higher education-oriented customer relationship management (CRM) system used by nearly all TBR institutions. This unit of Slate experts will support colleges as they leverage CRM technology to improve processes that shape the student experience. This work aims to reduce administrative burdens while enhancing student outcomes. The CRM Architect will support TBR’s strategic use of Slate to advance both systemwide and individual campus goals and objectives. In doing so, the CRM Architect will identify and leverage systemwide economies of scale in Slate implementation while tailoring Slate use to meet individual campus needs. Minimum Qualifications

Job Summary
Reporting to the Adult Education Program Director, the ESL Teacher is responsible for teaching English language and literacy to adult learners with limited English proficiency according to Tennessee Adult Education ESL content standards and assessment competencies while accommodating individual learner’s needs and goals.
Job Duties
<ul>
<li>Follow the TN Division of Adult Education Assessment Policy for pre- and post-testing to assess and evaluate students to determine their progress and potential for advancement to the next National Reporting System (NRS) level utilizing the Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems (CASAS).</li>
<li>Provide orientation for new ESL students including CASAS proctoring.</li>
<li>Administer assessment, interpret scores, and advise students on their performance on the test.</li>
<li>Provide instruction to a multi-level class in reading, writing, speaking, and listening for every lesson.</li>
<li>Maintain student attendance and records of progress in accordance with the Division of Adult Education requirements.</li>
<li>Participate in the retention and follow-up of students.</li>
<li>Participate in local and state activities/staff development</li>
<li>Use a variety of instructional approaches, including integrating technology in the classroom to accommodate different learning styles and levels of functioning.</li>
<li>Adhere to AE teaching standards/classroom requirements.</li>
<li>Assist with recruitment, registration, orientation, and assessment as needed.</li>

Minimum Qualifications
