Job Summary
Provides administrative support to divisional leadership, faculty, advanced practice providers (APPs), and staff by coordinating operational activities; managing calendars, meetings, communications, and shared email mailboxes; coordinating travel, reimbursements, and divisional purchasing; supporting provider licensure, credentialing, and promotion processes; maintaining records and documentation; coordinating clinical and administrative documentation, including Home Health orders; assisting with divisional events; and assisting with divisional initiatives to ensure efficient operations. Assist with provider scheduling.
