This involves helping them improve their skills, addressing any performance gaps, and fostering a positive work environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential at Lindsay. You’ll need to understand each team member’s strengths and areas for improvement to provide targeted support.Driving Improved Results:oSAFETY: Ensure that safety protocols are followed rigorously. Promote a safety-first culture among team members.oQUALITY: Monitor product quality and address any deviations promptly. Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain high standards.oSERVICE: Meet production targets while maintaining service levels. Timely delivery and customer satisfaction are critical.oCOST INITIATIVES: Optimize processes to reduce costs without compromising quality. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement them.Supervision and Leadership:oSUPERVISION: Monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to schedules, and addressing any issues promptly.oLEADERSHIP: Inspiring and motivating team members. Set an example by demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.oCOACHING AND TRAINING: Provide ongoing training to enhance skills. Address performance gaps through constructive feedback.Physical Inventory Management:oSTORAGE: Ensure that inventory items are stored appropriately (organized, labeled, and protected from damage).oACCESSIBILITY: Make sure team members can access inventory items efficiently.oACCURACY: Reconcile physical inventory with records.
